Simple & Foolproof - Tiltwatch is a state-of-the-art indicator that will indicate if your container has been tilted on its side or completely upended. Normal movement or road shock will have no effect. Tiltwatch will not activate due to acute take-off angles in aircraft.

Moistureproof - Tiltwatch will not be hampered by moisture or other adverse environmental conditions. Safe for ocean shipments where your shipment may be exposed to a variety of humid conditions.

Tamperproof - The self-stick backing utilizes a 5 mil high tack acrylic adhesive, assuring a permanent bond even on rough wood surfaces. Unauthorized tampering will leave telltale evidence.

Non-Resetable "Auto-Arm" Feature - Tiltwatch features a simple one step application. Removing the adhesive backing automatically arms the device. Once activated, the Tiltwatch cannot be reset.

Running Your Damage Prevention Program

How the program works

Generally the procedure for using Tiltwatch is as follows:

1. A Tiltwatch label will be affixed to the exterior of each carton that contains tilt vulnerable goods and will follow the following monitoring cycle.
2. All shipments bearing a label will additionally be identified with an alert sticker or notification on the bill of lading.
3. In the event the carton is tipped beyond acceptable handling limits, the indicator window will be red.
4. Once in the red state, the monitor cannot be altered, thus providing you with a permanent indication that a tilt has occurred beyond a desired level during transit.
5. Those cartons delivered with the Tiltwatch label in its original "clear" state will normally indicate a safe trip. However, those shipments that arrive with the indicator "Red" should note on the billing of lading, and inspect the package for possible damage. In all cases, standard procedures for claims should be followed.
